Tips for Accurate Measurements:

  1. Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your belly button.
  3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor.
  4. Foot Length: Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.


1. Deliveries are made to the delivery address given at time of order.  Customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring accuracy of information provided.

2. You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that are delayed.

3. You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing. However we will make like for like replacements if a delivery goes missing due to the fault of a 3rd party (i.e. courier) after a sufficient time period has elapsed and after you agree to assist us in any subsequent investigations for compensation from said 3rd party.

4. We do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

      • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 
        • Priority Processing: 1-2 business days
        • Regular Processing: 2-5 business days

      • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for orders to be shipped from our warehouse to its destination.

          • Insured Shipping: In the events of a missing package or a damaged product, the customer will receive a free of charge re-send of their order and/or store credit in the value of their purchase.

          • Please make sure that your address is valid and enter as much delivery information as you can, otherwise carriers may return the order back to us and shipping time will be delayed.

          • In the events of delay in processing or shipping, orders placed with Insured Shipping can be resent if this delay interferes with the expected time frame of delivery.

          ● 15 days max to file
          ● Photos required

          Not Covered:
          Fulfillment issues, Cosmetic damage, Anything outside of issue
          policy timeframes, Pre-shipment, Taxes, Duties, & Shipping on
          customer refunds

          Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it

          Once a package leaves our warehouse, Modiqe does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, Modiqe cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package.

      • Modiqe is NOT responsible for:

        • Delays with US Postal Service or any other National Carrier
        • International Duties or Customs Charges
        • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. 

        US Postal Service Guarantees

        • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for local postal services guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if local postal services fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
